For Rach

Have been a busy bee attempting to make a calendar for my sister - as well tbh I cannot think of things to buy her!
I originally thought of the idea when Carolyn launched a competition on the craft forum. And well I thought it was about time I made the effort to enter something!
So here is my Blue Pete effort for a calendar for her

So there you have it - be gentle with your comments please ..............

Love Bex xxxxxxxxx

How did you come up with distinct ideas for all of them? I'd have been scraping the barrel after seven months I bet...

The picture of August is my favourite picture of Rachel. I think it's lovely. May and April are the runners up for me. As for the non-photo element, I really like the textures and colours used for November, January and March the most.

I love the way it's all personalised, but you do realise what you've done, don't you?

You've created the first Rachel Fuller calendar.

OMG I have indeed!!
Do you think I could mass produce them and make my fortunes ........
Nah bad idea .......... this one took long enough!

Thanks for your comments James - I do in fact need to add more to some of the pages that are a bit bare but I have a few weeks to do that.

Thats is such a fantastic idea Becky! Im sure she will treasure it! It must have taken ages! It was well worth all the effort. The papers are scrummy and the pics are gorgeous!

Once the year is up she could frame the piccies!

Unacustomed as i am at leaving serious messages in cyber world i thought a cheap a joke involving "entering things" would be apt. But NO!

i resisted.

truely effing gorgeous Bex. What a gifted artiste you are. I wouldn't dismiss the idea of selling them to bloggers. Think you may be on to something. Really.

That is beautiful, Bex!

Very creative, not to mention thoughtful!
Sisters are pretty neat - I know because I have one (and two brothers).

My favourite is the February one - and it's the month of my birthday, as well - fitting.

Has Rachel seen it yet?

Thanks for sharing your lovely creation with us!

Love
Dale

I have to say it is really fab - and you really are a clever bunny.

Great idea Bex - she will have to do something with it after the year is up tho, too much work for 12 months.

Hey Bex!

With that June picture of you three, The Corrs have their 'best-looking siblings in a musical category' Brit Award!!

The calendar looks great, and I'm sure bloggers would snap em up when they go on sale.

Oh this is adorable, Bex! You are so talented. Rachel is going to absolutely love it.

Hope you are doing well, speak soon. x

I don't have to be "gentle".....these are absolutely gorgeous!!!!

Every month pics has special meaning; Rachel is sure to treasure this forever. Do they come with "refill pages"? You know, so she can keep the covers and just refill calendar page...just an idea!

Take care Bex, and you should surely win the crafty competition ;-)

Bex it looks like from the pictures that each piece is glued on top of the other for that textured layered look. Is this correct? Not only is that alot of work, but you clearly have a great eye (well probably two) for shapes and colours and how they fit together. Fantastic work here, congrats!

Hi Bex,

I like your calendars by the way - very nice. Cheers for leaving a message on my blog. Where abouts have you moved to then? I may know it. I saw that you moved house on Delbut's blog. (I know it's not a shed though, lol) I hope you'll be happy in your new home.

Cheers,

Natalie

Hi Bex,
Happy Birthday.

I love the calendar, I bet if you could locate co. to put them together, they would sell en mass. How about photographic reproduction of original? I understand these are specially made, I bet lots of Rachel fans would want one, us included.

Come to think of it... An In The Attic calendar featuring each member of the cast may sell like hot cakes. You could do a calendar bundled with a special CD, or a Holiday CD with the calendar, Rachel & Mikey doing carols. mmmm

You're so talented.

Aww, Rachel's lucky to get it. This is fantastic, but the best thing is all the love that you've put into it.
