Another nowhere day!!

But thankfully it is not over yet so can still achieve something!

I have sort of lost a whole afternoon of playing due to next door having a gas leak. And I am VERY disappointed that all the men coming and going from my house with their testy type gadgets were old, do they not have hunks signing up to British Gas these days?
Will ask next door to request younger people when they come back on Monday

So have had a nice long soak in the bath and am now in PJ's ready for an evening of crafting.
A few sites launch Friday night challenges and I am HOPING that one of them is something up my street as I need a break from just cards!

Will report back if I manage to get inspired to create something wonderful

So here is wishing all Bloggers a lovely weekend whatever you may be getting up to

Love and Hugs

Bex. Need a bit of advice. I was inspired by all your crafty challenges to make something. I've run out of proper glue stuff. SHould i use: Double sided tape, pritstick or staples to attach my borders to the card?

Serious question, by the way. Well..sort of. Just waiting for the answer so i can finish my thing and blog it. You will be amazed.

Ta muchly.

BTW. Dead hot Gas men are against the law. They all have to be old, smelly farts to stop bored housewives (or spinsters like what you are) jumping their bones.

Delbut!!!

What are you up to? Not sure if this is a wind up - but I would recommend DS tape every time .......

BUT If attaching ribbons they can look quite nice stapled ......

Delbut's getting crafty eh?!

Whatever happened to that Tracy Island model? I remember building my own at school, and pretending Tracy Island was a place in Essex, full of blonde-haired, white high-heeled slags, driving about in white convertible escorts and capris!!

It had everything, from the vomit-covered nightclub pavement to the super-crowded kebab van.

It was the dog's cahoonas!!

PS - Gas men have to have builders bums, cos otherwise their tools would be too far away! Nice convenient place to store your probe, down the ol' bicycle stand!!

Hi Bex,

Just wanted to stop by and say hello, and wish you Happy Holidays. :-)

It's sunny and cool out here in California. Beautiful. Leaves have mostly fallen, and the sun hangs low in the sky.

On another note - Your sis is making quite the splash in the US. Did you ever envision this life for her? Hope to see you on an ITA or two once everyone gets back to the UK, maybe?

Oh, and what is the url for your cards? Do you sell online to US customers?

Take care and be well!

Much Love,
-Natalie

Hi Bex-
Yeah best stay far away from stinky old gas men!
I am really impressed to hear that you have inspired Delbut (brace yourself - it could be scary so maybe you better not pat yourself on the back QUITE yet! hee hee I can't wait to see it actually).
Hope you have a happy Sunday!
Love,
Suesxx

No, it was a serious question. HOWEVER, i dont think i took the "making stuff" as seriously as i should have. It started out as a serious attempt but deciced i wasn't up to it. So went for the "man with no fingers, talent or concept of making things look pretty approach"

oh c'mon Del - show us what you came up with!
Please?
